Lehrinhalte für Therapieberufe im Kontext von Planetary Health : eine inhaltsanalytische Auswertung der Online-Vorlesungsreihe der AG ErgoLogoPhysio im Hinblick auf die Charakteristika von Planetary Health Lehre in Deutschland
Die Abhängigkeit menschlicher Gesundheit von intakten ökologischen Systemen wird durch das transdisziplinäre Forschungsfeld‚ Planetary Health‘ (PH) beschrieben. Angehörigen der Gesundheits- und Therapieberufe wird durch die Zusammenhänge zwischen Klimawandel und Gesundheitsbedrohungen eine Schlüsselrolle in der notwendigen Transformation hin zu einer klimabewussten Gesellschaft zugeschrieben. Die Lehre in Ausbildung und Studium bereitet Therapeut*innen bislang unzulänglich auf diese Rolle vor. Die AG ErgoLogoPhysio widmete sich dem 2023 in einer Online-Vorlesungsreihe. Um Zusammenhänge zwischen den Therapieberufen und den Krisen sowie therapiewissenschaftlich relevante Lehrinhalte zu PH aufzuzeigen, wurden die Vorlesungsreihe mittels einer strukturierenden Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring auf die Charakteristika der Lehrtheorie von PH untersucht. Mit Hilfe dieser Methode konnten zahlreiche Verantwortungen und konkrete Handlungsoptionen für Therapeut*innen aufgezeigt werden. Weitere Schwerpunkte liegen im Verständnis der grundlegenden Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhänge verschiedener Systeme sowie der Fähigkeit von Studierenden, das eigene Handeln und Wirken zu reflektieren. Den Charakteristika sind zudem Hinweise für die Lehrimplementierung zu entnehmen. Durch die Arbeit lassen sich, entsprechend ihrer Zielsetzung, wichtige Lehrinhalte und -ansätze für PH in den Therapieberufen ableiten. Es bleibt jedoch zu prüfen, ob alle aus den Veranstaltungen extrahierten Inhalte tatsächlich eine hochschulische Lehrrelevanz besitzen, da dies durch die gewählte Methode nicht zweifelsfrei aufzuzeigen ist.

The dependence of human health on intact ecological systems is described by the transdisciplinary research field of 'Planetary Health' (PH). Due to the connections between climate change and health threats, health professionals, including therapy professionals, are assigned a key role in the necessary transformation towards a climate-conscious society. Current education in schools and universities is not yet able to adequately prepare therapists for this role. A consortium called ‘AG ErgoLogoPhysio’ dedicated an online lecture series to this in 2023. The lecture series was examined with the help of a structuring content analysis according to Mayring and the characteristics of the teaching theory of PH in order to show connections between the therapy professions and the crises, as well as therapeutically relevant teaching content on PH. By using this method, numerous responsibilities and options for action for therapists could be identified. Further focuses are on the understanding of fundamental cause-and-effect relationships between different systems and the ability of students to reflect on their own actions and impact. The characteristics also provide instructions for teaching imple-mentation. Suitable to its objectives, the work can illustrate important teaching content and approaches for PH in the therapy professions. However, it remains to be checked whether all the content extracted from the courses has university teaching relevance, as this cannot be demonstrated unequiv-ocally using the chosen method.
